প্রোগ্রামিং, সফটওয়্যার ইনস্টলেশন, ড্রাইভার সমস্যা বা অন্যান্য টেকনিক্যাল সহায়তা আমাদের দায়িত্বের আওতায় পড়ে না। এইসব সমস্যা গ্রাহককেই সমাধান করতে হবে। প্রয়োজন হলে আলাদা চার্জের বিনিময়ে টেকনিক্যাল সার্ভিস প্রদান করা যেতে পারে।

আমরা বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই পণ্যের মূল্য পরিবর্তন বা অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। অর্ডার করলে তা সর্বোচ্চ ১ কার্যদিবস পর্যন্ত সংরক্ষণ করা হবে। এর মধ্যে পেমেন্ট না করলে অর্ডারটি বাতিল হতে পারে।

(আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে) ঢাকার বাইরে: 'Steadfast/RedX/Pathao কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস' ব্যবহৃত হয়, এবং এতে সাধারণত ২-৩ দিন সময় লাগে। দেরি হলে, কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির দায়বদ্ধতা কিংবা রিসিভ না করার ক্ষেত্রে Qrobotics BD দায়ী থাকবে না।

নিরাপত্তা ও গোপনীয়তা:

ডেলিভারির জন্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসকে আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ঠিকানা শেয়ার করা হয়, যা কেবল ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়ায় ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Products ordered will be held for a maximum of 24 hours pending payment confirmation. Failure to confirm payment within this timeframe may result in order cancellation.

Delays caused by the courier are beyond our control and we cannot be held liable.

Section 13 – Sharing Customer Information with Couriers

To fulfill delivery obligations, we share customer details such as name, address, and contact number with the designated courier service. This information is used solely for the delivery process and is not shared with third parties.

Section 14 – Delivery Outside Dhaka

(Delivery depends on individual agreement)For orders outside Dhaka metro, customers must collect their packages from the nearest Steadfast/RedX/Pathao Courier Service branch. Home delivery services are available only within the Dhaka metropolitan area.

Section 15 – Advance Payment Requirement (Outside Dhaka)

(Delivery depends on individual agreement)Orders placed from outside Dhaka require an advance payment of BDT 200. This amount will be adjusted against the final invoice during dispatch.

Section 16 – Conditional Payment Surcharge

(Delivery depends on individual agreement)For cash-on-delivery orders outside Dhaka, Steadfast/RedX/Pathao Courier imposes a handling fee of BDT 1 per BDT 100. This charge is collected by the courier, not by Qrobotics BD.

Section 17 –Review Requests

Upon successful delivery, we will request product feedback through follow-up messages. Your reviews assist us and other customers in maintaining high standards of service.

Section 18 – Prohibited Use of Services

Use of our services for illegal, unethical, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove such material and report any violations to authorities. Users agree to use our platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

Section 19 – Indemnification Clause

By using our services, you agree to indemnify Qrobotics BD, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of our platform, breach of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
